How to Reach

Since the site of Majuli is located at a distance of 20 km from town of Jorhat you can expect to get regular buses from Jorhat town to reach Mahuli.

By Train: The nearest railway station to Majuli is Guwahati railway station and it is located at a distance of about 72 km from here. So that means it will take round about 2 hour to reach the riverine of Majuli Island.

By Air: The nearest airport to Majuli is Rowriah Airport, which is located at a distance of approximately 25.9km and it will take about an hour of ride to reach Majuli.
